I have got a pool of recipes that I cook on a regular basis but I enjoy browsing for new ones. When I read a new recipe that I like I almost instantly print or copy it.
And here comes the trouble: I end up with a pile of new recipes on paper that I never tested.
Recently I sifted through all my printed recipes, kept those that I still liked and clipped them on the fridge. On a regular basis I now take the recipe on top of my stack and put it on my menu plan. This helps to give it a test drive. If it ‘s worth keeping I adopt it into my collection of recipes and remove it from my print-outs on the fridge. Feels good!
