This week I got a bit tired of cooking and baking. I spend too many hours in my kitchen baking bread, preparing doughs for Christmas cookies, making cookies and cooking for my family. I miss an hour at my desk.
Tomorrow there will be a very simple meal. I am using up all the leftover bbq sauces from the summer to make room in our fridge, add some store-bought meat balls, cook rice and make a salad. The greens are ready from the pack and a pre-mixed home-made dressing is always available in a bottle.
